Sushil Kumar became the first Indian to win the World Wresting Championship in the free style competition at Moscow. Sushil beat Alan Gogaev of Russia to win the championship.
Earlier he had won the Bronze medal for India at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.
Sushil hails from Haryana is currently employed by Indian Railways.
